The short version.

Heat, water, and relaxation come with a few real risks — overheating, dehydration, dizziness, slips, and burns. By signing below you confirm that:

  • Overheating
  • Dehydration
  • Dizziness
  • Slips
  • Burns

  1. You've read the posted rules at the Softub and will follow them.

  2. You use the Softub voluntarily and at your own risk, and you're responsible for your party. Kids in the Softub only with an adult in arm's reach.

  3. You won't use the Softub under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and you'll check with a doctor first if you're pregnant or have a heart, blood-pressure, or similar condition.

  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the hosts of The Junction Retreat from claims arising from your party's use, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  5. Damage or misuse beyond normal wear is billed at cost.
