    The Softub is a portable, insulated soaking tub with a rigid shell and no permanent plumbing, easy to set up and move. On the back deck, kept warm and ready for your arrival.

    It's a quiet residential street. Let's keep it that way.

  • Cancellation 5 days

    Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. Inside 5 days, half of the stay is refunded.

  • Length of stay 2 nights minimum

    Stays up to 29 nights. Planning something longer? Ask us, we welcome monthly stays by request. Book at least a day ahead.

  • Parking 2 cars

    The driveway fits two, plus street parking. Park once, walk everywhere.

Dogs welcome

Bring the dog (or the cat).

Up to two pets are welcome, with one $80 pet cleaning fee per stay for the extra deep clean. Service animals are always free. Seattle doesn't allow dogs on public beaches, but the paved Alki Trail is a good leashed walk.
