A four-seat soft tub on the back deck, kept warm and ready for your arrival.

Walk-in bathroom
A walk-in rainfall shower with smart digital controls, a heated floor underfoot, and a bidet.

Induction cooktop with downdraft, a convection steam oven, full-size French-door fridge, and espresso — set up to actually cook.
Endless hot water
A tankless system means the hot water never runs out — long showers, no cold surprise. (Soak lives on the deck, in the Softub.)

An on-site Tesla (NACS) charger, a driveway for two cars, and easy street parking. Park once and leave the car.

The house sits on a quiet residential street in the Junction — West Seattle's walkable heart. The back deck is private and tucked away, and the rooms fill with warm afternoon light.
Coffee, restaurants, and the Sunday farmers market are a short stroll from the door, and Alki Beach is a few minutes' drive down the hill. Park once and leave the car.
