Check-in is keyless and self-service from 3:00pm. We send your personal door code, directions, and parking details before you arrive — no lockbox, no key handoff, and no waiting on us.

Yes. The soft tub is kept warm and ready at temperature for your check-in, so you can step in the first evening without waiting for it to heat up. The smart pergola above it opens to the sky or closes against the rain.

The home sits on a quiet residential street right in the Junction — West Seattle's walkable hub of cafés, bakeries, and shops. You can step out the door and stroll to coffee, dinner, or the Sunday farmers market. We send the exact address once your booking is confirmed.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs ($100 pet cleaning fee) — just mention it in your inquiry and we'll sort out the details. The whole home is smoke-free, indoors and on the deck.

The retreat sleeps six across two bedrooms plus a den, with one bathroom, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Check-in is 3:00pm, checkout is 11:00am, and quiet hours run 10pm–8am out of respect for the neighborhood.
